lg want report for d/drive

went to a customers lg yesterday and it has a fault with the d/drive. very noisy and stuttering when trying to spin so advised them to contact lg regarding their 10 yr guarantee on said part. customer then contacted and said lg must have a engineers report before they send someone out, is that the norm with them or are they just being difficult??

Normal practice.At least your’ll get paid to fit them without having to cover the warranty on the parts.

Doddle , pulley off ,bolts hold it onto the tub ,remove, refit ,reassemble

What was all that foam at the end of that vid about?
He mentioned Double Diamond.
I always thought it was rather flat. Worked wonders, worked worked, worked wonders though. 😆
