LG Wash m/c WD-1253FHB Intermittent Fault Code

Hi

Customer complains that the `door not locked` (de) code appears when
about half way through wash, the machine stops working and will after a
short period cut back in and the code disappears. This problem is
intermittent 🙁 .

In the wool wash she says it happens after about five mins.

Her last wash did not cut back in.

It did not happen for me. Apart from ensuring connections on the boards
are `good` and also the plugs in the looms, I can`t find anything obvious.

Can any LG expert tell me if this has occured for them?
