LG washer drier

model F1403rd washer drier, fault reported: not emptying water. Fitted new pump motor but kept filling and emptying at the same time so ordered a whole new pump and filter assembly (this is the one with the double drain pump) still keeps filling and emptying at the same time. Did resistance check on all solenoid valves and disconnected heater to eliminate any possible earth faults but still keeps emptying and filling at same time. Anybody know what this fault may be?

is it the main pcb at the bottom or the smaller pcb at the top
