LG washer/dryer not drying

LG washer dryer FH4U2TDH1N, reported fault not drying, I normally put a screwdriver into lock so I can check airflow and heat with door open,
but those have the less common latch so couldn’t do that. Dryer heater was getting hot so assumed it was air flow, under dryer motor their was a filter which was perfectly clean and under that is inside drum, so is their a condenser, I know I should have checked water in on dryer.
my problem was very little room in cupboard , it’s new model which I have not seen before.
any info much appreciated

well did customer report hot steamy washing or cold wet washing ?

User just rang to say whatever I did to machine it’s now working perfectly, so that’s a mystery.
i will wait a couple before sending bill just in case it’s intermittent.
on the control panel theirs a diagram of a phone and smart Diagnosis written, i don’t know how that works.
