LG Washer WM16220FD OE error code

1st LG I’ve seen it’s intermittentley coming up with OE error code, the filter was clear checked all hoses, all clear. Draining ok manually, customer left it in error position which was at the end of a rince and spin program. Customer said it completes the quick 30 degree wash ok but faults on other programs always at the end of the cycle.
Any ideas please,

OE is a water outlet error code, check the pump, drain hose, customers plumbing, and not forgetting to clear the pressure chamber.

check for a break in the pressure hose, near the top at the pressure switch.
