    Similar problem to many who have gone before me, bearings have gone on my LG washing machine, model WD-1245(H)B. How much and how difficult to replace please?!?!?!?

    The job is a total strip down of the appliance,bearing in mind that this appliance usually comes with a 5yr parts and labour warranty or a 5 yr parts warranty depending on where you purchased it.for an experienced engineer its a 1 – 1 1/2 hr job.

    bearing in mind that the tank single tank design and not a split unit it may be possible to get the complete outer tank if you dont fancy getting your knuckles hit with a hammer whilst knocking the old bearings out.

    ask on repairs@ to see what the cost from your local engineer would be.

    wow!! how quick was that response, ta very much 😀 , how long for some one like me no experience with washing machines, can service me bike and car no probs not scared of job!!! 😯
