LG washing machine direct drive noisy, moves, vibrates badly

LG F1256QD 7kg washing machine moves across the floor and is very noisy and vibrates erractically. Was described as a silent machine cause of its magnetic engine and also suitable for wooden foundations as well as cement. Put rubber cups under it as LG said this would stop it moving but it still moves. LG engineer wont replace machine as no fault found. The machine is not doing what it was sold to me to do – should they not be refunding me by law. Does anyone else have this problem with this washing machine?

ud get more help if u didnt talk about the law and fit for purpose

have u even considered the reason why the lg engineer found no fault?
