LG washing machine DO fault code

Hi,

I’ve just had a customer on the phone with a 2 year old LG washing machine and she says it runs for 5 minutes and then it puts up a fault code of DO.
I can’t find any info for LG with DO. I can find DE which is a door fault.
I asked her if it was definitely correct and she says it is.

Does anybody have any info on this
