LG washing machine identification.

I need help identifying a special edition LG washing machine that is about 10 years old. The on / off button has become displaced and the machine cannot be switched on so I am assuming it is the button tree behind the control panel or the panel itself that has failed. I cannot look up any parts as none of the usual suppliers recognise the numbers below.
Machine is an LG Sevilla – Green (name on dispenser drawer); has a green leaf pattern on the white front panel; has a steam feature and sold at circa £1200. Numbers on door label, side label and back panel labels:-

Serial no:- 610KWQW00004.

Customer has looked at all four sides of this machine and this is everything he could find; even the instruction book was of little help. General searching revealed two sites relating to LG Sevilla – Green and its 2 other versions in different colours but the editorials give no model numbers just general sales info.

Any help on this please?

Had a Google of your numbers and tried Google images with no joy.

I would try phoning LG support and see what they can turn up.

Tried LG and they can’t identify it either. Maybe they just don’t support it at that age? Thanks for your efforts, Don; much appreciated.
