ParticipantHello,
Are the LG Motor Rotor & Stators on the washing machines interchangeable please?
Connect list a couple of different part numbers (and vastly different prices).
I attended one with an LE error yesterday. When I fitted the coil I had on van stock, the same problem flashed up.
Anyone help please?

Still having troubles.
The machine has had a new Stator and a New PCB.
Did one whole wash and at teh last minute made the dreaded noise.
Tried a spin cycle and it then came up with LE.
Took back off, tightened rotor. Put on a Spin only (15 mimutes). It wnt to 10 minutes. Puts water in, drains water out then stalls.
Any Suggestions?

If the rotor is coming loose then has it stripped the splines off of the plastic hub in the middle of the rotor? If so then the noise could be the remains of the splines slipping on the shaft (unless it is a completely different noise that you are talking about), the way to test if it is slipping is to hold the drum and try rotating the rotor – if it moves then the splines have gone.
I may be barking up completely the wrong tree but thought that I would throw the idea in there for you.

I am thinking it could be the rotor (if it is very very tight, it seems to work for a while)
Thank You
