    Hi
    Cust complains that after she had an uneven load signal the m/c stuck on spin at 9 mins and was taking water in .
    I put it on this morning and it timed through okay but it did do a fill for a few seconds at 9 mins is this normal? ,Apparently it was taken away under warranty in May last year for a month and a half and that engineer did something with the boards ?!!
    any tips

    hi lawrence

    its normal for these machines to pulse water in from 11 mins to 8 mins as it trys to balance the load on distribute if it fails to balance it will stick at 8 mins and give the customer a ob error code.
