direct drive machine had nothing to do with them.it starts to turn one way and makes a horrible noise then wont turn the other way sounds like drum is jammed but is free to turn by hand stator plate coils look ok any ideas i suspect a pcb problem but not sure any help appreciated thanks

I had one 2 months ago had to change rotor module and wiring harness , there is a plug connector that joins the wiring harness down side of cabinet it has a plastic bag over it and it was full of water, and had shorted out all the connections. I actually butt connected them and it worked better one way but still would not go the other way.
Never found out where the water came from.Kirk

Sorry I wasn’t Clear I replaced Motor and main module it clips onto the front control board it looks like one unit. The repair to the wiring would have been ok, but it was under warranty, if yours is chargeable go for board and check wiring first.
