    Hi, the drum stops turning after about 10 mins of wash cycle and then just jerks a bit. This is a direct drive model. any ideas please?

    Check wiring to motor connections and hall senser located on the stator. My bet is Hall senser as 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of motor dont need to be replaced as its usually this senser.

    take back of and you will see it, the senser is at the bottom of the stator.

    Rotor – rotates.
    Stator – static.

    in stock on connections. 5031680950151
