    Hi all

    Hoping you might help..

My washing mashine goes through the whole wash cycle, but when it gets to the spin cycle the time stops counting down and after a while the message “UE” comes up on the read out..

Does someone know what the error is, or can someone point me to a manual??

    Thanks

    Charlie

Not too well up on the L.G. fault codes, but if it stops with water still in the drum could be a draining time out caused by a blockage.
Have you tried checking the filter. But do be careful if there is water in there you’ll need the mop bucket and towels at the ready 😉

Nope… dont think its that, as I have rewashed the load and the water is being drained fine!

    Any other ideas anyone??

    Hi Charlie,

I’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure but this code might mean that the load is out of ballance so the machine will not do the fast spin.

There are various causes for this :- overloaded, very small load, washing one heavy item, machine not level on the floor.

All of the afore mentioned can cause the control module to default to out of ballance mode.

Try adjusting the load and check the filter, also check that the machine is level. If all of these fail to cure the problem then I think you would be best advised to call in an engineer. HTH

Error Code “UE” means = “Unbalanced Load”. So you must be trying to spin something that cannot distibute itself evenly around the drum. Try adding more clothing to balance it up?
