Hi, Been to one of these today that the customer has complained about the machine jumping.
We ran the machine through a rinse/spin and all seemed ok. We checked the brushes and that the machine is draining fast enough.
One thing that I did notice if I spin the drum by hand its fine one way but the other way it just stops dead.
Anyone come across this problem before?
    Thanks, Ray

Did you test the machine with a load? What was the load that was jumping all over the place?, possibly an out of balance load.

These machines have a very sensitive out of balance load, advise redistributing load.

Are you saying that the drum feels restricted in its movement if turned in a certain direction, this could indicate a blockage behind the drum, did you ckeck the sump etc?

Hi, No the machine didn’t have a load in when we had it running.
The drum would turn fine in any direction but if you gave it a push/spin with your hand in one direction it would stop straight away.
The customer has complained that its jumping out from under the worktop and into the middle of her kitchen.
