LG WM1285FHD – DRUM NOT TURNING

Hi guys, just had a call about one of these direct drive machines – never had the pleasure of working on one so dont want to go out looking like Mr Bean !

Customer says there is no drum movement, can turn it by hand but nothing during a cycle – assuming there is power to the motor what are the likely suspects and what can I test.

It would come up with a error code so you need to ask the question.

Yes I have been doing some digging and realised there should be a code – customer thinks it showed LE but not sure.
