LG WM14225FD motor issues.

LG WM14225FD washer. Serial no :- 502KWBY00021.

Set to spin. Motor just hums loudly with a ringing tone. It also locks up the drum yet the drum spins freely and silently when machine is off. I have come across this fault before and fitted a new motor stator which came fitted with the hall sensor. Just to clarify:-
1) Is my diagnosis correct; am I missing something?
2) Connect show the stator for WM14225FD as obsolete; although the search also shows another stator, but doesn’t say if it can be used instead. Info please.

qualtex list 2 against that model

4417EA1002D & 4417EA1002W

the fault you are describing is a 3 phase motor with only 2 phases working so it could also be the board
