    hey guys, got above machine to look at customer reports
    keeps flashing that the machine contains and uneven load. not looked at it yet any ideas b4 i go? just phoned customer says ue keeps flshing up but not all the time even when empty can the bearings affect this as aslo said not spinning well and starting to make noise this fault has been going on for over six months……..

    UE just means an unblanaced load, no more than that really.

    It may be on an unevan/unsuitable floor or possibly the shock absorbers need replacing with the newer modified type to decrease the vibration problems.

    More likely it’s a customer use problem though and they not loading it correctly, even though they say it does it empty (I’ve heard that one from a few customers before ;))

    The UE error is detected from the tacho sending unevan pulses to the control pcb, so it could be that, worse case scenario is a faulty pcb.

    A bit of a “suck it and see” one really to be honest.
