LG WM1480FHD

    Hi Can anyone give me the answer to the possible cause of a LG WM1480FHD I’m looking at, you have to repeatedly press the on/off button before it will start.

    Tactile switch on fascia board is likely culprit.

    thanks for reply, once it has switched on it will turn on and off as normal, it is only when it has been left off for some time it is reluctant to switch on again. It makes no differance if you push switch firmly or gently it just needs a lot of pushes

    Yep, that sounds like a faulty tactile switch alright.
