LG WM16115FD dispenser leaking

Hi i ordered a dispenser for this machine from connect, the one shown for it is obselete and tells you to use LGE492ER1002D. When i went to fit it the opening is to big to slot in to the bezel, the top part is the same as the old one so i fitted this to the old bottom hoping this would stop the leaking but it hasn’t. When i first visited i levelled the machine, turned the pressure down, cleaned the mixer hose and breather hose. So i was hoping someone could advise me whether to order a drawer or try to get a bottom half? Thanks Peter 🙂

NIGHTMARE!!!! i had EXACTLY the same problem back last year. Can you see where it is leaking from? i found mine was coming from the bottom of the draw dispenser where it connects to the drum (the side closest too the machine cabinate)so i used contact adhesive and a deaublie clip instead of that rubbish clip that they provide. Hope this helps?! 😆

Hi thanks for getting back to me, i haven’t actually seen it leak even though i have watched it fill in all positions. I went back to see what i could do and typically it was fine, my customer has used it since and no leaks so we will see. Cheers Peter
