    anyone else been beaten by the back screws on these? 😳

    anyway, runs silently in one direction while in the other sounds like its catching and very lumpy drum action. sounds like its under the pulley/motor stator. had it all off all is tight. Customer also reported burning smell.

    I had one that would turn one way ok but would jam up juddering. Found water had got into the wiring harness connector block that is in a plastic bag, had to butt connect the corroded wires, worked for one wash, and had to change the main board.
