LG work

Question:

Who does the work for LG? we have had a friend who has been offered a bit of work doing these, but would like a bit of info

can we get spares?
do they pay on time?
is there technical backup?

Any info wouldbe gratefully received!

Beware, lousy customer back up, informed the customers that I would be calling to do a repair, just forgot to tell me!!!! Then I stared to get customers ring me up and complaining. Did my business a bit of harm in the short term. Should have sued.

Poor tech back up,
3 month policy to pay bills. 🙁 May have changed
I offered to set them up a nationwide service team, but they thought the Koreans 😡 would not be happy with what I was asking (£1.000,000)reasonable I thought.

Tech back-up from LG = Nil

Paying up on time = Nil

Spares, suspect only via Connect.

Best left to CDSL to handle the workload, and the accountancy issues.

The work is fine, the appliances are normal. But what can anyone say when CDSL dock money from your account for a job thats over 14 months old because you never returned the faulty part to them.

Whatever the cicumstances, whoever is at fault, after that duration it should not be clawed back. So beware doing a job and the system saying complete or settled, cause it isn’t.

Ps…and when you do try to return parts they won’t come and pick them up, no matter how many times you complain about it, even to roy fisher, it makes no difference.

PPS …..to say nothing about 5 weeks to get credit for a delivery they delivered to a house 30 miles away, and then claimed we signed for it.
