Liebherr 3913 fridge freezer running warm

Hi,
Can anyone help me please.

I have a Liebherr CUNNesf3913 which has been slowly failing. It started by the front of the freezer drawers icing up with powdery ice, then the top drawer has started completely defrosting at least once a day. As in the top of the freezer turns to water then ices up again.
I bought a temperature probe to check and freezer seems to be running at -38c ish when it can be heard running (sounds normal fridge noise to my uneducated ears) but the top drawer goes up to 0c when silent (-14c in the lower drawers).
The fridge is also running warm, between 8-10c, even on lowest temp setting.

I don’t appear to have any authorised repair men nearby (West Yorkshire) so would just like to know if it sounds like a repairable problem or whether to start looking for a new one.

Hi

I would be looking at either the door has not been closing correctly or it will be the defrost heater area or the freezer evap sensor.
