Liebherr CNES 3666 Index 20G/147 – Alarm Beeping

I have a Liebherr CNES 3666 Index 20G/147 fridge/freezer
Service Number: 0975586-07

The alarm keeps beeping every so often and most recently it wont stop beeping.
The interior fridge light also flashes with the alarm

You can hear the compressor kick in from time to time (during normal operation with the doors shut.
The fridge does get cold and stay cold

The digital displays flash and if you press the buttons randomly, eventually you can get it to stop (sometimes quicker than other times.

Is this an air sensor or evaporator sensor?

which one could it be and what are the replacement parts?

Is it easy for a DIY’er to replace either of these? I am pretty handy with the tools but want to know what is involved and what specifically is the issue.

Any help guidance appreciated.
