Liebherr CUN3033 alarm

This is my first post but have been a lurker for some time however I now need some expert advice.

I have a Liebherr CUN3033, Service No 0906956-1 which has started to alarm.
There are 4 beeps when this happens and the alarm button flashes.
The LED display does not change and does not flash.
Pressing the alarm button stops the beeps and the alarm button is then on constantly.
I haven’t actually stood and timed how long it takes but if left it shortly returns to normal operation and the alarm light turns off.
It is very intermittent, it can go for many weeks with no alarm and the does it twice the same day.

Hi Dave, check that the freezer has not become over iced, pull out all the drawers and there should be no frost on the rear panel, if there is it will need a full defrost for a couple of days, or an Engineer visit to carry out a rapid defrost.

Thanks for your help.
I took all 3 draws out of the freezer and there are no signs of frost anywhere.
As luck would have it there has been no alarms since I posted on here!
Perhaps the next time it does alarm I should recheck the freezer again.
