Liebherr CUNesf over cooling and error code

have a customer that has a Liebherr CUNesf3903 over cooling (fridge is frozen)and showing an error code.
i have looked on the guide but doesn’t have the displayed code listed.

the fridge is occasionally beeping 4 times.
the display shows 7 and 5 lights

there seems to be one of the plugs on the pcb that has no be an o/c but didn’t want to go any further until i researched the error.

can anyone help.

evap sensor is the most common thing on these, but if it beeps 4 times that means door is open, if it beeps 3 time it means temperature not correct.

the fridge seems to beep 3 times for the door and is beeping 4 times when not open. ill try the sensor and go from there.

Hello, the alarm will beep three times for the door and four for a temp alarm.
I’d be looking at the fridge evaporator sensor.
Is the freezer ok?

Just an update,
i was unable to resolve this as there was a PCB fault or a gas valve fault so advised customer to approach manufacturers.

Liebherr where extremely help full and even supplied me with service manuals for this unit.
