Liebherr error codes for SWTNes3010

Hi guys come back from Holiday from Cornwall way only to find my freezer/wine cooler has packed up . Model number is as above , checked Liebherr fault codes but can’t see the SWTNes series listed. Display for freezer temp is showing two horizontal dashes. Any one had any experience with these beasts ?

It appears that the two dashes just indicate that the freezer is not cold enough. No other error codes are shown . The freezer and wine cooling section are both warm . The compressor appears not to be running . Anyone have any service/ diagnostics for these ? Or know of any common faults that cause this ?

Hi mate, it’s not giving you a fault code though is it?
You’ll need to find out if the compressor will run or not.
Try pressing the up button and the off button at the same time, that should put you into the service menu.
Toggle the up button till you get the ‘L’ menu. Select that and see if the compressor will run.
If it runs, the the fault will be down to the control, ie sensor or pcb.
Getting into the ‘E’ menu should give you the value that the sensors are reading. If one of these is way out, then that could very well be your problem.
