Liebherr FF temp issues

It seems that this is a common problem across a number of manufacturers so hopefully an easy fix as finding a service tech is impossible as none return calls…

So my FF started playing up in the recent hot weather not sure if the fridge got warm first then the freezer or the other way round but the result was the fridge temp went up to 26 and freezer to -5 then na!

As I was going away I switched it off (emptied first) and restarted this morning.
Freezer is at -18 so looking good
Fridge however is sat at 25

I ran through a couple of diagnostics and it show ambient air temp is 32….

So folks do I have a duff sensor or is that too simple?

But if it is the sensor could some kind person point me in the direction of a part number or a tech in/around Bury St Edmunds (suffolk)?
