    Hi, My Liebherr freezer seems to have stopped working. It is 2 years old and the alarm started sounding. I cannot see what the problem is. Power works – light and LCD work – flashing _ _ in the lcd window. I turned it on and off, but everything is defrosting. Any suggestions for assessing the problem would be gratefully received. Otherwise it is onto Liebherr after the bank holiday and all the food will have to be thrown out…

    Hi Nick, have you tried unplugging from the mains for 30 mins and retrying, also model index and service number is required to identify your exact model.
