    I have a liebherr fridge k2630. Service No: 9970820-03. When I switch it on its works fine- cools well. But after about an hour or so it does not kick it again even when the temperature inside has risen to 15 degrees or more. If I then switch it back on the next day it works fine for about an hour or so. Any idea what it can be? I was thinking like start relay and run capacitor. Any ideas will be welcome.

    Sounds like it could be a sensor issue, but without full investigation it could be anything, Liebherr on 0333 014 7888 will be able to put you in touch with a Liebherr Engineer in your area.

    Does it get down to temp then cut out and not come back on or just run until it stops, could be compressor overheating tripping thermal overload on it

    It just runs and then stops on its own. Temperature in fridge would still be cold. Yes the compressor gets very hot even when the fridge is not cooling.
