    My Liebherr freezer tempreture keeps dropping below -18 ,it holds between -18 & -9. i have turned it off for 24 hrs but this has not worker. It is only 2 years old. the fridge is working ok. The model is KGNv 3346, the index is 25/003, Service no is 096994000 Has anyone any ideas. Please.

    Can you hear the compressor (motor) running all the time ?

    Possible a system failure if it is, you’ll need an engineer to confirm this of course, try repairs@ for one 😀
