Liebherr Fridge only works on super cool

The Liebherr Larder Fridge #0973324-02 will only stay cold if the “super cool” button is pressed. I’m guessing it could be the thermostat (Liebherr #6151178), the Sensor (Liebherr #6942028) or the control board. Any advice would be welcome, the fridge is about 5 years old. TIA, Max

The super cool button overrides the thermostat so this sounds like a faulty thermostat.

OK I’ve checked the SENSOR with a Multimeter and that is working fine. So it’s probably the Thermostat. The bottom of the Thermostat unit appears to have a small diameter metal gas feed pipe attached, so I’m unsure as to whether I can fit a new thermostat without causing problems with the gas. Surely the Thermostat must be easily replaceable, it’s available aa s spare?

Yes easy to replace the long pipe is part of the stat and is filled with gas.

The pipe feeds down a small tube so you just pull the old one out and feed the new one in carefully so as not to kink or break the pipe.
