ParticipantHey,
Model: ICN 3066
Service Number: 9987022-12Hoping some help diagnosing an issue with my fridge freezer.
A few nights ago I came home to the fridge freezer bleeping which I assume the door wasn’t shut properly and the fridge was not very cold. I managed to stop the bleeping and assumed all would return to normal.
The next morning I noticed that the fridge was even warmer and that the the freezer was also getting warmer. After reading various pieces of advice including on here I fully defrosted the fridge and freezer and left them for 48 hours.
It has been a few hours since turning everything back on and there is no sign that anything is getting cooler.
As it stands the fridge is set to 5 degrees and freezer is set to -18, but it currently shows 17 degrees on the fridge and — on the freezer – see link for video: https://imgur.com/a/RYl9bFk
Update: The fridge freezer has now been back on for 8 hours or so and is showing 18 degrees on the fridge but -7 on the freezer: https://imgur.com/a/3FDFG7q – the water I put in the freezer is now frozen but the fridge is still warm.
Update: Last night it started bleeping again and the freezer had dropped from -18 to -10. I stopped it bleeping and went back to bed. Today the freezer is on -20 despite being set to -18 and the fridge is still on 18 despite being set to 5.
Update: It started bleeping again and the freezer had dropped from -18 to -9 the fridge is still on 18 despite being set to 5.
Appreciate the help, can anyone advise?
Thank you

ParticipantFrom the issues you have mentioned, I cannot advise you on where the fault might be, it needs inspecting by a Liebherr Engineer, it is not that old ie production period Jan 2011 to April 2012, call 0333 0147 888 and they will give you your local Liebherr approved Engineer.

ParticipantTony R I have been unable to get a local engineer to come and inspect still! I am tempted to have a go at fixing it myself before I bin it. If you had to guess based on the above description what would you advise I do? Thanks
