    Hi guys

First off, apologies as I do not have the model number to hand 😳 I can’t find the manual and I checked on the side label but there is not a clear indication of which is the model number. They all look like serial numbers to me so if anyone can point me in the direction of where I should be looking on the label for the model number, please advise me.

The fridge is a 8/9 year old Liebherr stainless steel fridge freezer with the three drawer, non frost free freezer compartment at the bottom. There is a black control panel at the top which displays the fridge and freezer temperatures and houses the temperature controls, “super chill” functions and the child lock. There is the word “Premium” written on it if any of that helps.

The problem I’m having is that the fridge compartment is not holding it’s temperature. The freezer is at a constant -18°C but the fridge section can go as high as 10°C, when it is supposed to be set at 3°C. I have checked the door seal thoroughly and it is totally intact. I have also defrosted it completely to rule out anything else but the temperature still varies widly. It rarely goes completely down to 3°C and is random in when it’s temperature rises. I logged the temperatue in the morning of every day last week when I came down in the mornings and it varied between 5°C and 10°C whereas the freezer was 18°C perfect.

I’m sure the temperature sensor is accurate as, when the display shows a higher temperature, bottles of beer in the fridge have a thin film of condensation on them and are not as cold as they should be. It sounds like a temperature regulator problem (if such a thing exists) but I would’ve thought the freezer would be affected too?

Does it sound fixable (if I can provide the model number) or am I looking at a new refrigerator?
