Liebherr running constantly

    My Liebherr CUP3021 is a little over 3 years old and has started running constantly
    There is ice on the back interior wall of the fridge, I have defrosted but to no effect

    The only service option I have seen to date charge £150 + VAZT per hour for labour + parts

    Are there any authorised Liebherr servicers in the West Midlandsor could this be a self repair
