Liebherr SBSes 7273 Ice Maker tray broken

Hi guys,

We have a Liebherr 7273 SBS fridge freezer. Recently the ice maker has been acting up, which, after a little bit of dismantling turns out to be a broken (cracked) ice cube tray. Looking at how it works, it seems that the mechanism ‘twists’ the tray to pop the ice cubes out, which explains why over time it has cracked.

I can see that a replacement ‘kit’ is available, but I cannot see if this will fit the 7273. Also, is the kit required, or can I just get hold of a replacement tray.

hello, you’ll need the service number of the actual freezer. the 7273 you refer to is the whole unit.
the ice tray, as far as I recall is only available as part of a kit, which also comprises a different holder.
it used to be part number 9590475 but I think its recently changed to 9590335.
