liebherr sicn 3056 freezer not working

hi folks
liebherr sicn 3056, fridge freezer, Freezer alarm came so i emptied it and it now does not cool at all. no error codes showing on led screen.
compressor running constantly.fridge compartment gets down to 5C at lowest very slowly, and wont maintain well.
neither upper or lower fan running. (so i guess thats the issue but wondering what controls them) dont want to buy a pcb straight off the bat when it might be something else simple/cheaper

have found the way in to the self test menu and i’m hunting the net for the rest of the parameters (which i know you cannot provide)

any help really appreciated, my neighbour and i (he is a retired fridge engineer) will have a better look today. I’m down in New Zealand, I live ruraly in the far north, and its absolute bollocks trying to get someone who knows these fridges in my area.

thought I would draw your attention to another leibherr post. This poster seems to have sourced some manuals and maybe you can too. All you can do is dig around

you may find the model numbers are only for new Zealand but find similar ones and look
Also Miele use Leibherr as a supplier,so some miele manuals may be of use

The only other thing I can think off is you could ask the admin if they will allow your friend who is a retired engineer if they will allow him to join the professional side of the site. members who know these units can then be more specific as to how to go about fault finding the unit
