It has just come to my notice that Liebherr is shortly to sever its association with the Waterline Group. I am told that all connection will cease by late December 2014. At this time I have no idea where/when Liebherr will re-appear. So those of you that work on Liebherr products might want to look elsewhere for fill in work.

Ian, can you explain the significance of the waterline group and the connection with Liebherr? Must admit its a new one on me.

Coolectric (UK Liebherr Service) is owned by the Waterline Group, the contract between Liebherr and Waterline and thereby Coolectric has been terminated. I guess we will see a press release shortly. HTH

Rumour is there is or has been a breach of contract by Coolectric which could end up in court. The spares Coolectric are holding are non returnable to Liebherr and need to be paid for.

Makes you wonder about the fire at Coolectric a while ago.
