Lights are on but no heat on HJA3300

Hello,

Im fairly new to this, my cooker is on the blink it started the other day but now the electric fan oven does not heat up and the fan does not start, it has an electric grill built in and that works but the fan option does not the thermostat works as the light goes out when on grill when reachs temperature. I want to check before replacing parts on oven if it could just be the fan not working as that is the only option to have the oven on or it could be both the fan and oven element, is there anyway of testing to see what it could be???? As sometimes when one thing breaks others will and will be best to buy a new one.
