Lincat commercial range cookers.

I’ve got a customer that wants to replace their old Stoves all – electric range cooker with a commercial stainless one. They have a catalogue with Lincat cookers in it; what are they like? Spares, service network and company profile opinions please!!
Alternatively, what is good in the 900mm / 1000mm all electric / 6 hotplate and stainless commercial cooker market? Any suggestions and availability info would be great!!

Lincat are a Lincoln based company and their equipment is of good quality as is their spares supply one up from Parry equipment for me.
Have supplied some of their stuff to the catering trade,it will stand 24hrs a day use.
All stainless so looks are plain,they may have something similar to what is required though,I think they may do bespoke appliances too.

Can’t argue with that Spimps, excellent quality kit. Another upside is that they are usualy not that to hard to fix if they do go wrong. 8)

Lincat own Mercury, Mercury is effectively their consumer brand for home use. 😉

My wife runs a professional ovencleaning company. Lincats are a good quality cooker. She has also cleaned the Mercury range cookers. They are her dream cooker, she would love one in our kitchen! Check elec supply, these ranges are usually three phase. 😯
