Little Candy fan element for model TCP21/IX

Hi, I went out to a Candy TCP21/IX built under double oven.
It requires a circular fan element for the lover oven and and the customer asked me if I could get him a spare shelf for it.
The fan element is about half the size of a normal fan element and is rated at 1500 Watts.
I phoned up Candy to see if they could help me and they wouldnt give me a part number. :angry4:
Anybody help me please?
