Local Business profile set-up not working

Hi all. I’ve tried several times to set up a local business profile on here but can’t seem to get past the first hurdle. Every time i enter my details and submit, I just get an error. Can anyone help me with this, please?

I’ve filled in the registration form to list my business in the “find an engineer” section but I get an error every time i try to submit it.
