    the main oven bottom element has blown. anyone out there with the part? I don’t have JTM’s phone number.

    Hi Kevin,

    Nobody has bits for them and, even if you do order from JTM you will wait months and, I do mean MONTHS for it.

    We turn away scores of people looking for Lofra parts every month, most likely buy a new cooker. 🙁

    Now I just give people Lofra’s contact details in Italy and let them complain directly to Lofra about the UK situation although, it’s really nothing to do with Lofra as such since it was two UK distributors that went bust on them.

    I will look through some elements I’ve got on stock. I’m sure I’ll find something that is 1400w and similar shape.
    It’s too new to scrap.
