    Hi,

    I have a Lofra 29200212 Fireplace 70TT Cooker Hood. The light bulbs need replacing, bought new ones but it does not fit and looks to be the correct size.

    When I removed one of the light bulbs it had no base to screw in.

    Has anyone else had this issue or is there some advice on this?

    Have emailed Lofra in Italy with no response so far.

    Light bulb replacement is usually covered in the instruction manual.

    Instructions are not available. Hence the question. Have now received acknowledgement from Lofra after just over a month.
