ModeratorHi all I’ve been back and foe to this logic L612wm12 for it leaking every time I go there I can’t see a problem I’ve tried it on a few different washes and stayed no leak. This is what I’ve changed door seal dispenser complete, and most recently I’ve changed the bearings including the tub seal, all I’ve ever seen is the customer over dosing as there where suds coming out of the powder draw and door, anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance kai 😮

Or soap flakes or putting the liquitab in the dispenser instead of drum.

Customer is adamant there is a leak from underneath the machine and only happens on certain programmes this has been run in the workshop 7 times on different programmes and I’ve stayed in the house and watched it through 2 15 min programmes without a leak I think customer is trying it on to get a exchange.

Not wishing to seem to be teaching grandmother how to suck eggs but is the standpipe overflowing when the machine is draining?

The problem is now you have changed so many parts you are kind of admitting there is a problem but it cant be resolved.
Unless I see a definite leak I never change parts even if you think they may be the culprit as you may cause a leak when changing the suspected part. Also you waste a lot of time & money trying to convince the customer…
