Matsui currys essential cooker LFSTC50w has a oven style thermostat to operate grill temp.

Grill complaint that it will not toast because it wont stay on full heat!!

The grill probe is inside grill element so once it has heated to temperature it cuts out like any oven thermostat and takes a while to cut back in.
Anyone else had issues with this type of design.

I have come across it before on some jtm stuff and even after changing thermosats and cut outs it still did the same.

So based on this its probably a design issue?

Just want to confirm this?
