Hi, Ive got the above machine which is about 2 years old now. A few weeks ago and now again today it will start a cycle but stops about 10 seconds in with a few beeps and the water tank full indicator light flashing. The tank is empty so its not that. If I press the start button it will go for another few seconds then error again. Even powering off on the wall doesn’t fix the issue it just comes back on the next cycle. Looked online but not much in the error Manual other than ‘Empty water tank’ or ‘Contact service’

the tank on a lot of dryers is at the top but the switch is below. if pump cant pump water up you will get tank full even though the drawe is empty

Are they easy to access? Got no issues having a look myself just need to know what to look for because I doubt Currys will be easy to get them to look/replace based on Sales of Goods Act/Consumer Rights.

cant say on that machine but you have to find the pump. a lot of the time its a bulge at the back of the machine at the rear

try removing condensor and put you arm to the back where it came out and see if there is lots of water. not a test on every machine but if its flooded back there you know your on to the problem

So I managed to get the machine out and took it apart (all unnecessarily because the pump is accessible from the back but nevermind) it was full of water, so much so it came out in a puddle when I lifted it to get to some screws. Had a look and couldn’t see anything obviously broken. Reconnected all of the electricals and got as much of the water out as I could.
Started the machine up after reassembling and it ran for a few minutes before erroring again but after restarting I could hear the pump kick in and water going up to the tray, been fine since.

Is there a trusted site to purchase spares from as I suspect the pump is on its way out and may need replacing soon
