This question is probably odd to ask as we have all had machines that rip clothes due to sharp edges on drum bra wires faulty door seals etc but this machine appears perfect, small holes in cotton garment only ,more or less since it was purchased 18months ago ,yes why didn’t they send it back anyway has any one had problems with these machine or is it just an odd one
