Looking for a position in North/Northeast England

If any companies are looking for new blood in the Northeast of England (North Yorks/Durham/Teesside) then I am available as a trainee immediately. I’m 38, trustworthy, reliable, good humoured, and quick to learn.

My background covers field service/onsite service for 6 years in the PC and peripherals repair industry, including fault finding to board level, and very good customer service, which offers some transferable skill, but obviously I do appreciate there is much to learn about whitegoods repair. I also have a C&G Level 3 in PC Installation and maintenance/repair.

I’m very keen to retrain as a service engineer/technician in this the whitegoods industry, and so hopefully someone out there may read this and either have, or know of a relevant vacancy I could apply for in the North/Northeast region.

Currently working as a service engineer in the digital print (commercial) industry, but dissilusioned by excesive unsociable hours. Used to dealing with demanding customers and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Interested in a new start, quick to learn with good basic skills.
