Re: Looking for help re integrated dishwashers!

If the answer is the latter – can any integrated dishwasher, from say Comet, be fitted with the door of my choice or am I going to have to go with the very expensive option of the small choice of machine offered by the kitchen company?
There’s loads of choice out there, but I’d plump for a Smeg. 😉
Your choice is not limited so long as you get the size right (45cm or 60cm) and no, a freestanding one can’t just have a door attached, you need a pukka integrated one.
For that sort of machine stay well clear of Comet, Currys etc. as they generally haven’t a clue what they’re talking about, especially on built-in and integrated appliances.
Ivvie wrote:Also dumb question…. How can you tell when an integrated dishwasher has finished it’s cycle?
Usually the beep nowadays. Usually though I’d just not touch ours for hours in order to not bet the person that has to unload it and put everything away. 😉
